All key heritage building will be retained and renovated to form the signature elements of the scheme.

This includes:

• retention of the stable block, creating a new public space within a modern architectural setting. To avoid the criticism of the previous scheme, the proportions of the new buildings and their relationship with the stable block are more respectful
• a Micro Brewery within one of the listed building to be operated by Young’s in conjunction with a restaurant and bar
• a quality public open space with market stalls and an events area
• a brewing museum which will incorporate the Beam Engine and the Coppers
• reuse of listed buildings for commercial use including a selection of high quality restaurants, cafes and bars
• community and play space
