The historic Ram Brewery site lies at the heart of Wandsworth Town Centre. Our proposals for a mixed use development aim to create around 450 residential apartments, preserve the heritage buildings on site, open up access to the River Wandle, attract high quality retail to the town centre and create over 1000 jobs; helping to regenerate Wandsworth Town Centre is central to all our plans.
